A human signs it from their own wallet within 30 minutes, or it expires. Recipients and amounts come from the server, never from the browser.

Before launch, the leaderboard is the ladder: the best callers by season score get an early window when $HEAD opens, from a snapshot whose hash is published first.
After launch, $HEAD fees fund a weekly pool for the best callers. Only holders take part. No returns are promised anywhere.
