Decisions

A head proposes. The policy engine sizes. The keeper signs. The chain confirms.

  • Buyback: SOL into the coin through Jupiter, delivered to the keeper's wallet.
  • Burn: a share of the coins the keeper holds, destroyed with burnChecked. Up to 5% per move.
  • Airdrop: SOL split across the 15 biggest real holders, read from the chain when the transaction is built. The keeper is excluded.
  • Hold: no move. Often the right answer.

Every cut and every block is written on the decision with its reason.

  • One move: at most 10% of the treasury.
  • All moves in 24 hours: at most 25%.
  • Reserve: 0.05 SOL is never spent.
  • Cooldown: 30 minutes between moves.
  • Price impact: a buyback may not exceed 1.5% of pool liquidity, and Jupiter's quote must stay under 3% impact.
  • Bleed floor: no buyback while the coin is down more than 35% in the hour.
  • Smallest move: 0.01 SOL. Anything smaller is blocked as dust.

An approved move waits 30 minutes for the keeper. The keeper's browser sends only the decision's id; the server builds the transaction from the approved amount, the keeper's wallet signs it, and the server relays it only if the keeper pays for it. Unsigned moves expire. The call behind every move is graded either way.
